Turkey Brine

Ingredients

• 0.5 Cup brown sugar

• 0.5 Cup Kosher Salt

• 3 Bay Leaves

• 20 whole peppercorns

• Water

Directions

• Fill a pot half way with water and bring to a boil

• Combines all ingredients together in a pot- cook for about 10 minutes

• Let ingredients cool

• Rinse Turkey thouroughly

• Put Turkey, Brine, and enough water to cover the bird into cooler 12-24 hours
