Tapioca Rolls
Ingredients
1 egg
1/3 cup olive oil
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups tapioca flour
1/2 cup packed (about 66 grams) grated cheese (cheddar works well)
1 tsp salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 400
Mix ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
Spray one or two mini muffin pans
Pour into tray and bake for 10 minutes
