SHRIMP SEASONING:
1.5 tsp ground cumin
1.5 tsp chili powder
17 oz shrimp- peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp Franks Red Hot
TACO SAUCE:
1 individual container- Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/4 cup Kraft Mayo- reduced fat- with Olive Oil
5 coves of garlic
30 grams chipotles
TACO TOPPINGS:
Angel Hair Shredded Cabbage
1 Can of Corn
Directions
Defrost shrimp and put in a medium sized bowl
Add "Shrimp Seasoning" and mix together until well coated
Cook shrimp in skilled 5-10 minutes- until it turns pink
Open can of corn and put in a skillet- heat until warm or slightly browned (chef's preference)
While shrimp is cooking, prepare sauce:
Throw all ingredients for "Taco Sauce" into a blender and blend until smooth.
Construct tacos using Shrimp, Taco Sauce, Shredded Cabbage and Corn
