Ingredients
1.33 pounds of ground turkey (93% lean)
old el paso corn tostadas-6 in.
old el paso flour tortilla- 6 in.
on the border salsa con queso
1 large benito flour tortilla- Aldi brand
1 packet taco seasoning
5 guacamole packets( 1 per crunchwrap)
2 diced roma tomatoes
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 Tbsp sour cream per crunchwrap (optional)
1 Tbsp shredded colby optional
Directions
Brown turkey and cook with seasoning packet
Lay the large tortilla down on counter and spread 1 Tbsp of queso in the center. Then place 100 grams of taco meat on top of queso.
Place corn tostada on top of the taco meat and top the tostada with guacamole and remaining ingredients
The place the 6 in. flour tortilla on top of the stack of ingredients.
Then fold the large tortilla around the stack and place the fold side down in a skillet.
Place something heavy on top of the crunchwrap and let cook for 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned.
