Easy Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
1 lb pork or turkey sausage
7 eggs
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 package frozen hashbrowns (15 oz)
1.5 cups of milk
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 365˚F.
Crumble sausage into a skillet on the stove and brown completely. Remove from heat.
In a large bowl, mix eggs and milk together; whisk well.
Add salt and pepper to the mixture and stir.
To a 9x13 dish, add frozen hashbrowns, sausage, and cheese. Stir together in the dish.
Pour egg/milk mixture into the dish.
Bake at 375˚F for 45 minutes covered with foil. Remove foil and bake an additional 10-30minutes at 400˚F until the dish is bubbly and cheese is melted.
