Dan Dan Noodles

ngredients

• 1 bag Maifun Rice Noodles (Walmart)

• 1/2 cup of soy sauce

• 2 Tbsp of Splenda Brown Sugar Blend

• 5 cloves of garlic

• 1/2 cup of green onions

• 3/4 cup of chicken broth

• 2 Tbsp. of cornstarch

• 1/4 cup of water

• 2-3 Chicken Breasts (chopped)

• 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

Directions

• Dice and Sautee Chicken in wok.

• Once chicken is cooked remove from wok and keep warm

• Put 2 Tbsp. of Veggie Oil in the work and sautee the onions and garlic for a few seconds

• Prepare Noodles according to package.

• Then add chicken broth, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Bring to a simmer

• Then combine the water and cornstarch.

• Pour water and cornstarch mixture into the sauce. Bring sauce to a boil, stirring constantly.

• Once the sauce is boiling remove from heat, add chicken and noodles and serve.
