Ingredients
1 lb. chicken breast
2.5 tsp salt-free jerk seasoning (McCormick's perfect pinch)
.5 tsp of salt
2 tsp free lime juice
8 whole wheat tortillas
1 small romaine lettuce heart
1 mango, peeled & pitted, cut into thin slices
.5 cup diced red onion
(optional hot sauce)
3/4 cup cherry or grape tomatoes, quartered
Directions
Heat grill to medium high heat, season chicken breast with jerk seasoning and with 1/4 tsp of the salt
Sprits the chicken with nonstick cooking spray and add to heated grill. Cook six minutes and spritz again.
Flip over and cook an additional 6 minutes until done and transfer to a cutting board and cut into thin strips
Toss with lime juce and remaining 1/4 tsp of salt
Heat tortillas and layer with ingredients
