Chewy Chex Mix

Ingredients:

• 1 box of family size Crispix cereal

• 2 1/2 sticks of butter

• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar

• 1/4 cup Light Karo syrup (corn syrup)

• 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions​

• Bring all ingredients to a boil and pour over Crispix

• Put in microwaveable container and microwave for 5 minutes

• Stop and stir every minute
