Szechuan Noodles
Ingredients
1 lb thin noodles, cooked and drained
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 Tbsp sugar
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
3 Tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp hot chili oil
4 Tbsp canola oil
4 whole green onions, sliced thin
Directions
Whisk all ingredients (except noodles and green onion) together in a bowl.
Pour sauce over warm noodles and toss to coat.
Sprinkle with green onion and toss.
